Azerbaijan's public catering turnover rises by 25%

In January-April 2023, the public catering turnover in Azerbaijan increased by 24.9% in real terms compared to last year and amounted to 569.2 million manats ($334.7 million).

Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, that 50.6% of public catering turnover in the private sector belongs to legal entities and 49.4% to natural persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity in this field.

The turnover of legal entities increased by 29.6% compared to last year and amounted to 285.1 million manats ($167.7 million).
