Azerbaijan's non-oil exports totaled $1.9 billion in 2020

In 2020, Azerbaijan's total exports amounted to $13.7 billion, including $1.9 billion in non-oil sector. Compared to 2019, exports in the non-oil sector experienced a drop of $102 million or 5.2%, Report informs, citing the January Export Review, published by the country's Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication.

During the reporting period, non-oil products were mainly exported to Russia ($691 million), Turkey ($377.8 million), Switzerland ($224.8 million), Georgia ($127.6 million), China ($44.5 million).

Main exports of the non-oil sector were gold ($205.6 million), tomatoes ($201.4 million), and refined cotton ($131.9 million).

In December, the monetary value of non-oil exports amounted to $213.5 million, with most of the non-oil products exported to Russia ($62.8 million), Turkey ($57.3 million), Switzerland ($23.5 million), Georgia ($10.7 million), and Uzbekistan ($7.6 million).
