Azerbaijan's flour-based confectionery production up slightly

In January-July 2025, Azerbaijan produced 41,690 tons of flour-based confectionery products, marking a 0.8% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

As of August 1, the country's stockpile of finished confectionery products reached 527.1 tons—an increase of 66.2% year-on-year.

Overall, the value of Azerbaijan’s food production exceeded 3.013 billion manats (over $1.77 billion) during the first seven months of 2025, marking a 10.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
