Azerbaijan's cost of leather imports from Türkiye falls by over 20%

In 2024, Azerbaijan imported leather and related products worth $16.577 million from Türkiye, 20.4% less year-on-year, Report informs, referring to the Turkish Exporters Assembly.

In December 2024 alone, Türkiye exported these products worth $1.225 million to Azerbaijan, which is 14.5% less compared to a year ago.

Overall, Türkiye's leather and related products exports in 2024 dropped by 17.9% year-on-year to $1.526 billion, and in December, the figure fell by 4.6% to $110.1 million.
