Azerbaijan may become a potential hub for startups, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at the Baku Investment Day festival, according to Report.
"We can present very attractive investment projects," Jabbarov stated. "Our goal is to attract more investments and ideas."
The minister also emphasized Azerbaijan's emerging leadership in green energy within the region. "This is linked to the liberation of Azerbaijan's occupied territories and the new context in the region [transforming it into a green zone]," Jabbarov explained.
Jabbarov noted that geographically, Azerbaijan serves as a bridge between the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
