In the first seven months of this year, the value of local products imported by Azerbaijan from Georgia amounted to $56.1 million (a 41.5% growth over 2020).
According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, Azerbaijan ranks seventh (3.4% share) in the top ten countries in Georgia's domestic exports.
In January-July, the value of domestic products shipped from Georgia increased by 27.8% compared to last year and amounted to $2.28 billion.
The main domestically made products exported from the neighboring country include copper ores and concentrates, ferroalloys, fresh grape wine, natural, mineral and carbonated waters, mineral fertilizers, alcoholic beverages, knitted shirts, gold, hazelnuts and sugar-containing waters, mineral and carbonated waters.
