Azerbaijan imports $25M worth of clothing from Türkiye

Azerbaijan imported clothing worth $25.112 million from Türkiye in January-May 2026.

Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters Assembly, that this is 25.7% more than in the same period last year.

In May alone, Türkiye exported clothing worth $3.501 million to Azerbaijan, down 21.5% from a year earlier.

In the first five months of 2026, Türkiyes total clothing exports fell by 4.4% year-on-year to $6.609 billion. In May, exports in this category dropped by 14.9% to $1.289 billion.

Germany imported the largest amount of clothing from Türkiye, worth $971.211 million, down 15.4% from a year earlier. It was followed by the Netherlands with $755.313 million, down 6.1%, and Spain with $700.320 million, up 2.1%.
