In the first ten months of last year (since March 21), the volume of foreign trade among the member countries of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) with Iran increased by 41% compared to the same period last year and reached $13.111 billion, Report informs referring to foreign media.
For the ten months, Iran exported 8.419 million tons of products worth $21.036 billion to the ECO countries, respectively up 51% and 36% more than a year earlier.
During the reporting period, most products from Iran were exported to Turkey ($4.53 billion), Afghanistan ($1.539 billion), Pakistan ($1.018 billion) and Azerbaijan ($1.018 billion).
During the same period, 3.723 million tons of products worth $4.691 billion were exported from ECO countries to Iran, which is 26% and 15% more than a year earlier.
Turkey ($4.231 billion) ranks first in the rating of countries exporting Iranian products, followed by Pakistan ($202.7 million) and Uzbekistan ($102 million).
