​Azerbaijan changes amount of fines for artificial increase in prices of medical supplies

Baku. 11 June. REPORT.AZ/ Amount of fines for artificial increase in prices of medical supplies on the domestic market will go up to 50,000 in Azerbaijan.

Report informs, Chief of the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development, Zahid Isayev made this statement.

Mr. Isaev stressed that a package of proposals for amending the Code of Administrative Offences has already been prepared: "In order to prevent an artificial increase in prices for medical supplies, a package of proposals has already been prepared. These proposals are now under discussion. If they are accepted, the amount of the fine will increase to 50,000 manats."
