Azerbaijan and Germany have discussed effective cooperation in the energy sector, as well as steps to support collaboration in industry and technology, the Ministry of Economy told Report.
The discussions took place at a meeting between Deputy Economy Minister Samad Bashirli and Gerlind Heckmann, a representative of Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
The meeting included an exchange of views on effective cooperation in the energy sector, including steps to support collaboration in industry and technology, as well as coordination of initiatives under discussion in these areas.
The parties also discussed meetings of the Azerbaijan-Germany Business Council and the German-Azerbaijani High-Level Working Group on Trade and Investment, along with other agenda items.
