Türkiye increases grain and legume exports to Azerbaijan

In January-May of 2025, Azerbaijan imported grain, legumes, oilseeds and related products worth $75.579 million from Türkiye, representing a 5% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters Assembly.

In May alone, Türkiye exported such products worth $15.849 million to Azerbaijan, which is 17.1% more than a year ago.

Overall, Türkiye’s export of grain, legumes, oilseeds, and related products saw a 4.2% year-on-year growth in the first five months of 2025, reaching $5.23 billion. In May 2025, exports in this sector recorded a slight increase of 0.1%, totaling $1.06 billion.
