Trainings as part of From City To Village project involve 115 farmers

Some 115 farm owners have taken part in the trainings conducted by local and foreign specialists within the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture's project, From City To Village.

Report informs referring to the Ministry that more than 200 agro-entrepreneurs have registered to participate in the project. Of the 134 farms examined, 97 were considered suitable for agritourism.

The goal of the project is to promote the development of agritourism in our country, increase the employment of the population living in the districts, create an alternative distribution channel for local farms, as well as various tourism opportunities for urban residents and foreign tourists.
