The Federal Center for the Development of Export of Agricultural Products of the Russian Federation (Agroexport) will organize a business mission to Azerbaijan at the end of September, Report informs, referring to Agroexport.
The business mission is scheduled to be in Baku from September 24 through September 26. The delegation will include Russian companies that export agricultural products to Azerbaijan.
In the period from January to July 2024, Russia was the top destination for Azerbaijan’s non-oil exports. During this time, Azerbaijan exported non-oil products worth $641.087 million to Russia. These exports included fruits and vegetables, fruit juices, primary form propylene copolymers, and other products.
Overall, the total trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia accounted for 9.6% of Azerbaijan’s trade turnover in the first seven months of 2024.
