Azerbaijan imported 245.42 tons of pineapple worth $221,720 in January-February 2022, respectively, up 16.6 and 22.6% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
In the reporting period, the country imported 243.1 tons of pineapple (+15.7%) worth $210,710 (+17.4%) from Costa-Rika, 2 tons worth $9,440 from Thailand, 0.22 tons (-15.4%) worth $1,120 (-3.4%) from Mauricio and 0.09 tons worth $450 from the Republic of south Africa.
After one year and seven months, Azerbaijan resumed imports from the Republic of South Africa.
