Orkhan Mammadov: Developing new smart community-based agriculture is priority

One of the priorities is to develop a new smart community-based agriculture in the smart villages created in the liberated territories, said Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency under the Ministry of Economy, in his speech at the II Agribusiness Forum held in Baku, Report informs.

According to Mammadov, KOBIA cooperates with Agrarian Credit and Development Agency to support young farmers living in rural areas.

He added that KOBIA supports SMEs in several other areas: “This includes local market research, startup certification, various levels of support for SMEs, and other measures.”

Mammadov added that the Baku SME House, which was opened a while ago, supports entrepreneurs in various directions.
