Azerbaijan to test new Russian-made agrochemical substance

The Agrarian Innovation Center of the Azerbaijani Agriculture Ministry and the Evrika Scientific-Production Center of the Russian Federation have signed a cooperation agreement on testing a new agrochemical substance called Rostok on various crops in the country, Report informs.

According to the agreement, the experimental farms of the research institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture will test the new agrochemicals on 27 hectares of land and 12 different crops. The new agrochemical substance plays an important role in increasing plant productivity and resistance to stress, as well as regulating growth and development. In order to test this substance in the experimental farms of Scientific Research Institutes, the distribution of a new agrochemical substance among enterprises was organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center at the Agricultural Research Institute.

Specialists of the Agrarian Innovation Center provided briefing about the joint projects implemented in agriculture with local and foreign companies, the chemical composition, rules of use and advantages of the Rostok agrochemical.

At the end of the event, extensive discussions were held on the application of the new agrochemical substance.

The Agrarian Innovation Center works to provide methodological and practical support for the application and promotion of advanced technological innovations based on innovative solutions in agriculture.
