Azerbaijan increases import of poultry meat from Moscow region by 56%

Since the beginning of this year, Azerbaijan has increased the import of poultry meat from Russia's Moscow region by 56%, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region.

According to the information, 56,500 tons of poultry meat worth $140.2 million were exported from the Moscow region in seven months. The main poultry buyers of Moscow were China, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

During the reporting period, the export of poultry meat from the Moscow region to Uzbekistan increased by 122% and to Serbia by 82%.
