Turkiye's Ministry of National Defense reported that deliveries of agricultural products from three ports in the south of Ukraine continue in accordance with the schedule.

Since the entry into force of the agreement on the formation of a corridor for the safe transportation of agricultural products from the ports of Ukraine, 105 ships have passed through it, and the volume of wheat exported along the route has approached 2.5 million tons.

An agreement on the safe transportation of grain from the ports of Ukraine was signed in Istanbul on July 22, in the presence of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and UN Secretary General António Guterres. The document was inked by representatives of Ukraine, Russia, the UN and Turkiye.

The grain agreement covers the Ukrainian ports of Odesa, Yuzhne and Chornomorsk.
