Export revenues of Azerbaijani silk producer up by 14 times

From January through August 2021, Azeripek LLC, a silk producer and a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation, exported products worth USD 2.3 million, Report informs, citing the Export Review of the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication (CERAC).
According to the Export Review, this figure is 14.1 times more than in the same period last year.
Azeripek LLC was established in 2018. The production sites of the company include facilities for cocoon-spinning, weaving, dyeing, cotton spinning.
The company's products are mainly exported to Russia, Turkey and Iran.
