Azerbaijan increases rice imports by over 17%

From January through March this year, Azerbaijan imported 15,000 tons of rice worth $10.7 million, Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee.
This is $1.5 million (17.3 percent) or 1,154 tons (8 percent) more than in the same period last year.
Rice imports for the reporting period accounted for 0.42 percent of Azerbaijan’s total imports.
