Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, head of the ‘Tavush for the Motherland’ opposition group, has stated that he has not engaged in any discussions with Robert Kocharyan, the former president of Armenia, regarding his potential candidacy for the prime minister’s position, Report informs, citing Armenian media.
Speaking at Republic Square, he noted that the issue of Kocharyan's candidacy is not on the agenda.
According to Galstanyan, this myth was created by the opponents of the movement.
The archbishop gave a positive answer to the question about whether former Ombudsman Arman Tatoya could be nominated.
