Putin, Poroshenko and Merkel agree steps to OSCE's work in eastern Ukraine

Baku. 17 February. REPORT.AZ/ Russian President Vladimir Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and President of Ukraine Poroshenko agreed on steps that will allow OSCE observers to monitor the situation in the east of Ukraine, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.

These steps details of which are not shown, were agreed upon during telephone conversations that took place between the politicians of the three countries on Monday evening.
