The family and relatives of videographer Ehtiram Ismayilov, who died after a rocket strike by the Armenian armed forces on the Barda region, shared their memories of him. His mother, Tamam Bakhishaliyeva, proudly said to Report's correspondent that Ehtiram volunteered for military service. Ehtiram Ismayilov, who mastered the art of video operator at a young age, attended village weddings.

According to his father Khalil Bakhishaliyev, his son was respected not only in Garayusifli village of Barda, where he was born but also in the region. He noted that Ehtiram Ismayilov's wife Ayten and daughter Aysu were also seriously injured in the incident. Aysu, who has entered college this year, is still unaware of her father's death.

The Armenian armed forces continue to violate the agreement on a humanitarian ceasefire grossly. On October 27, the enemy targeted Azerbaijan's Barda district's civilian population and fired banned cluster missiles at civilians. As a result, four civilians were killed, and more than ten people were seriously injured in Garayusifli village of the region. One of the dead was videographer Ehtiram Ismayilov. Aliyeva Almaz Salah, who was taken to hospital after the incident, died a day later. On October 28, at about 13:00, the enemy again fired rockets at the Barda region. As a result, 21 people lost their lives, and about 70 were injured. Civilian infrastructure and vehicles in the city were severely damaged.
