Eight appeals of Mirshahin Aghayev against NTRC to be heard

Baku. 25 January. REPORT.AZ/ This week eight appeals of ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company against National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) will be heard at Baku Court of Appeal.

Report informs, three court proceedings on appeals have been fixed to January 26, one to January 27, other four to January 28.

Notably, Director General of ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company Mirshahin Aghayev appealed to Sabail District Court at the request of cancelation of decisions of NTRC, signed by Council Chairman Nushiravan Maharramov on disciplinary penalty No. 09/3, 09/4, 09/6, 09/7, dated October 5, 2015 and No. 10/2 dated October 13, 2015. Court has not remedied these claims. Dissatisfied with the decision, Company's Director General Mirshahin Aghayev appealed to Baku Court of Appeal.
