​Famous Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio named UN Messenger of Peace

Baku. 17 September. REPORT.AZ/ Famous Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio was appointed as UN Messenger of Peace. Report informs, this was stated by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon at the traditional annual press conference.

The Secretary-General announced that he had decided to appoint Hollywood star a Messenger of Peace, who will deal with the problems of climate change. Leonardo DiCaprio will take up his duties at the Summit on September 23.
