Woman fined for drunk driving in Baku

Baku. 6 November. REPORT.AZ/ A woman was fined for drunk driving in Baku. Report was told by law enforcement agencies. A driver T.A was stopped by the employees of State Traffic Police because of drunk driving in Sabail district of Baku. The report on a driver was drawn up and the case was sent to consider in Sabail District Court. The decision on T.A. was made in trial.

According to the decision, the driver's license was restricted for a year and she was fined 400 manats under the Article 152-1.2 of the Administrative Code (the person who has the right to drive a vehicle and the person who violates law under Article 151.2 or 151.3 of the Code by drunk driving a vehicle as the result of using alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances or any other influential substances).
