Company of owner Haji Ibrahim Nehramli sues the Ministry of Taxes

Baku. 24 July. REPORT.AZ/ "Avesta Concern" LLC has filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan and Baku City Tax Department. Report informs, the company filed a lawsuit on the elimination of tax debt.

Baku Administrative-Economic Court No. not satisfied the claim. Baku Court of Appeal partially overturned the accepted Act  by the Baku Administrative-Economic Court No.2, and issued a new decision. Now the case is being considered by the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.

The amount of the tax debt wasn't disclosed.

As the owner of the Company "Avesta Concern", Haji Ibrahim Nehramli said to Report, he has no information that his company sues the tax authorities.

According to the information given by the press service of the Ministry of Taxes, "Avesta Concern" sued the land taxes debt and at the moment, court proceedings are underway.
