Universal Postal Union approves project of Azerbaijan

Baku. 12 November. REPORT.AZ/ Project, submitted by Azerbaijan to the secretariat of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), adopted at the autumn session of the UPU Council of Administration in Berne (Switzerland).

Report was told in the "Azerpost". 

The project entitled "Development of the collection and delivery of mail" is provided in the postal network "Azerpost".

The first week of the session, which was attended by representatives of all member countries of the UPU, was devoted to the meetings of the Board of Trustees of the UPU. The work of the Council was attended by officials of the Ministry of Communications and high-tech.

It is noteworthy to mention that the Council provides continuous intersessional work of the UPU, studies regulatory, administrative, legislative and legal issues.
