President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by the President of the National Council of Slovenia

Baku.3 March.REPORT.AZ/ President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by President of the National Council of Slovenia Mitja Bervar.

The President of the National Council conveyed greetings of President of Slovenia Borut Pahor to the head of state.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the level of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Slovenia in various areas, particularly in political field. They stressed the importance of high level reciprocal visits in terms of the expansion of the relations. 

The sides expressed confidence that the visit of the delegation led by President of the National Council Mitja Bervar would contribute to the broadening of the ties between the two countries.

The head of state expressed his gratitude for the greetings of President Borut Pahor, and asked the President of the National Council to communicate his greetings to the head of state of Slovenia.
