Novruz Mammadov: Responsibility of developed countries is great in creation of climate change problem

Report informs, Novruz Mammadov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, head of the Foreign Relations Department posted on this Twitter account.

'Responsibility of developed leader countries is great in creation of this problem', he says: One of main reasons of climate change is not taking into consideration a number of factors in industry. Leader countries do not take measures against it deliberately. States having strong economy do not consider environmental situation. Leader countries do not pass over their economic interest in order to prevent this problem.

The 21st UN Paris Climate Change Conference (COP21) launches today. About 150 heads of state and government will attend forum.
