Novruz Mammadov: international NGO’s are merely executing the orders of their patrons

Report informs, Deputy head of the Presidential Administration (PA) of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Relations department of PA, Novruz Mammadov wrote on his Twitter page

According to him, NGOs are one of the actors fulfilling a mission of international law in international relations. "Hence the name - international NGO’s. Whereas international NGO’s are merely executing the orders of their patrons", said N. Mammadov.
