Minister: Afghanistan intends to strengthen economic cooperation with Azerbaijan

Baku. 9 April. REPORT.AZ/ Afghanistan intends to strengthen economic cooperation with Azerbaijan.

Report was told by the Minister of Mines and Petroleum Engineers of Afghanistan Daud Shah Sabah during a visit to Azerbaijan.

According to him, the Afghan delegation held a number of useful meetings in Baku that will strengthen relations between Afghanistan and Azerbaijan.

He noted that Azerbaijan and Afghanistan have not yet reached a maximum in the development of economic relations between the two countries: "Not only Afghanistan but also the Azerbaijani side is not satisfied with the level of economic cooperation that we have.For this reason, both parties have agreed that we need to use full potential for strengthening cooperation, I hope the visit will contribute to better cooperation, especially, provide an opportunity for Azerbaijan to invest in the capabilities of Afghanistan", said Daud Shah Sabah.
