Majority of Belarus citizens living in Azerbaijan voted for Lukashenko

Baku. 12 October. REPORT.AZ/ Results of election, which took place in the Belarusian Embassy in Azerbaijan in regard with the presidential elections in this country, announced.

Report was told in the Embassy of Belarus to Azerbaijan, elections in area of the embassy went well, in a quiet atmosphere.

According to information provided, the turnout was 83.6%. Following a vote, the victory in this polling station won the incumbent president Alexander Lukashenko, gaining 82.35% of vote. Other candidates received less than 5%.

The candidates for the presidential elections in Belarus in 2015, besides the incumbent president Alexander Lukashenko, were is Sergey Gaydukevich, Tatyana Korotkevich and Nikolai Ulakhovich.
