Baku. 5 February. REPORT.AZ/ Israeli Ambassador in Switzerland Yigal Caspi was threatened with dismissal because of the public citing in the social network critical assessments of foreign policy of premier Benjamin Netanyahu, Report informs citing RIA Novosti.

According to information, the blame of Y.Caspi is sharing in his microblog on Twitter the words of the famous Israeli journalist who criticized Netanyahu's forthcoming trip to the United States at the invitation of the political opponents of US president Barack Obama.

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman confirmed that Yigal Caspi called home for disciplinary hearings. Early retirement for the same reasons threatens least two senior diplomats - Counsellor of the Embassy of India and member of the central office of the Ministry.

"There will be a verification of the facts, and due to its results will be taken appropriate action. Dismissals are possible, but it is too early to say, to predict what will happen," said the representative of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, confirming the fidelity of publications about the incident in local press.
