Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: Appropriate administrative measures will be taken for some employees

Baku. 8 September. REPORT.AZ/ "In accordance with the policy pursued by the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs made the indigenous human and structural reforms, suspended Diplomatic services of certain persons, who have committed serious shortcomings in their activities. As well other administrative measures are underway."

Report was told in the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

The Foreign Ministry stated that, Diplomatic services of certain persons, who have committed serious shortcomings in their activities suspended and employees who have admitted in the past few months a lot of shortcomings dismissed: "Among them is also a former employee of the Azerbaijani embassy in Australia, Anar Hasanov. In regard with other improper staff will also be taken appropriate administrative measures. Audit and financial audit are carried out periodically through the Ministry of Finance and the Chamber of Accounts and these works will be continyed in diplomatic missions existing overseas.

Unfortunately, dismissed employees now disseminate the false information.

Regarding the accommodation of Anar Hasanov in Australia, the Ministry says in a statement that, because of the admitted shortcomings, he was dismissed in July of this year: "Azerbaijan is a democratic country and we have all the conditions for free movement of persons. Person, whose diplomatic activity was suspended, has the right to decide on the place of residence."
