Baku. 7 July. REPORT.AZ/ Scottish referee Kevin Clancy has been appointed to control a game between Montenegro`s Mladost and Azerbaijan`s Neftchi as part of the Europa League first qualifying round.
Report informs, Clancy will be assisted by Alastair Mather, Stuart Ian MacMillan.
UEFA representative to the match will be French Jean-Louis Piette, while referee inspector will be Slovak Marian Ruzbarsky.
The match will be held in Podgorica City Stadium on July 9.
