Ramil Sheydayev and Emin Mahmudov will play for Azerbaijani national team

Baku. 5 August. REPORT.AZ/ FIFA Players Status Committee has made a decision on appeal of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) regarding footballers Ramil Sheydayev and Emin Mahmudov.

Report informs, according to the decision, requests of AFFA and Ramil Sheydayev and Emin Mahmudov on changing the association of the players were adopted.

Mahmudov and Sheydayev were allowed to play for the Azerbaijani national team since the date of adoption of a relevant decision. FIFA has informed UEFA and the Russian Football Union on this.

Notably, that some time ago, Emin Mahmudov left Russia’s "Krılya Sovetov" and started to play for Portugal "Boavista".
