New head coach of Georgian national football team appointed

Baku. 14 March. REPORT.AZ/ New head coach of the national football team of Georgia was appointed.

Report informs, he is the Slovakian Vladimir Weiss.

The contract with the 51-year-old coach signed before the end of the electoral cycle of the World Championship 2018. He replaced Kakhaber Tskhadadze, head of Baku "Inter". At the presentation ceremony, the President of Georgia Football Federation Levan Kobiashvili said that V. Weiss has coaching experience either in the club and or in national team.

Note that during his career of head coach Vladimír Weiss has coached clubs such as "Petrzalka" (Slovakia), "Saturn" (Russia), "Slovan" (Bratislava, Slovakia) and "Kairat" (Kazakhstan).
