Hakan Şükür excluded from Galatasaray FC membership

Baku. 27 July. REPORT.AZ/ Former striker of Turkish  Galatasaray FC Hakan Şükür excluded from membership.

Report informs referring to Hürriyet daily, one of the board members of the club addressed to the directory with such a statement after the failed coup attempt by the Gülenist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ).

According to the information, a meeting of the Board of the club was held in connection with this issue. Statement about exclusion from membership was sent for review to the administrative committee.

Notably, H. Şükür has good relations with the head of FETÖ Fethullah Gülen and he had recently moved to the US.
