​AFFA officials will attend the UEFA Congress

Baku. 3 May. REPORT.AZ/ Today Budapest, Hungary will host the 40th UEFA Congress. 

Report informs, AFFA President Rovnag Abdullayev, Vice-President Elshad Nasirov and Secretary General Elkhan Mammadov will also attend the 54-member Association of European football organization.

At the meeting, women members will be elected to the Executive Committee . Candidates are Norwegian Karen Espelund and French Florence Arduino. Espelund has held the post since 2012. She is also a member of UEFA's Women's Football Committee and has previously visited Baku. Arduino has been a Secretary of the French Football Federation General since February 2013.

National Associations will take part in the vote of election for Kosovo Football Federation to be an UEFA member.
