World Bank Regional Director: Rubl's fall will not affect Azerbaijan

Baku. 17 November. REPORT.AZ/ During last months fall of Russian rubl in comparison with leading world currencies, will not affect economy of Azerbaijan. Report informs referring the words of World Bank Regional Director for South Caucasus Henri Kerali to the agency.

"Most of all, fall of rubl will affect the Russia. I think, although Azerbaijan have trade relations with Russia, these relations is not in a high level, and that's why fall of rubl will not affect Azerbaijan in comparison with other CIS countries. From other side, Azerbaijan is not a member of Eurasion Economic Union. Azerbaijan already has declared that, the country is open for cooperation with European Union, as well Eurasian Economic Union too",- Kerali stated.

According to words of World Bank official, price of oil will rise in world market soon: "I think, it depends on the period of stability of price increasing. I think, oil price will increase in world market soon. But I don't know, when it will go up".
