Unicapital increases authorized capital by 50%

Baku. 23 November. REPORT.AZ/ OJSC "Unicapital", which is a shareholder of Unibank, has increased its authorized capital. Report was told in the press service of Unibank.

According to the information, the company's authorized capital increased by raising the par value of shares. The nominal value of the shares has increased from 2 AZN to 3 AZN and the bank, which is a 100% shareholder of Unicapital, produced supplement to the authorized capital in the amount of 100 thousand manats.

As a result, the authorized capital of the company has reached 300 thousand manats. At the moment, Unicapital plans to become an investment company.

In addition, OJSC Unicapital headed the ranking of brokers with the volume of services rendered to the government securities market of Azerbaijan. According to the calculations by the Analytical Department of Baku Stocks Fund, the amount of services rendered to customers amounted to 241.3 million manats.
