The governor of one more bank in Azerbaijan resigns

Baku. 23 May. REPORT.AZ/ The powers of the Acting Chairman of the Board of Deka Bank, Niyazi Shaig Valiyev have been terminated.

Report informs referring to the bank, the decision was taken at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

Due to another decision, Araz Ismayil Aliyev was appointed as a member and Chairman of the Board. Thus, the bank's board of directors is formed of three persons.

The issue on election the other two members of the Board will be considered at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board.
