Baku. 1 February. REPORT.AZ/ Report News Agency assessed the activities of commercial banks in the Facebook social network. As a criterion for evaluation was selected efficiency in answering questions and handling of clients.
According to the research, pages of some banks on Facebook are inactive, and it's impossible to send them a question. In turn, the activity at pages of some banks is very low, but they quickly respond to customers' questions.
Notably, survey was conducted last week, so the list includes the Caucasus Development Bank and Atrabank, whose licenses were revoked on January 27.
The pagers of SW Bank, Expressbank did not respond the questions.
