One more insurance company closed in Azerbaijan

Baku. 11 June. REPORT.AZ/ State Insurance Supervision Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan canceled the license of " Era Trans Sigorta".

Report was told in the press service of ministry.

Report informs, due to the shortcomings and deficiencies in "Era Trans Sigorta" identified in the audit the company were given a 6-month delay for the process to eliminate the deficiencies. By order dated 25.11.2014 by the Ministry of Finance license for insurance activity suspended for 6 months.

The company announced that the license of "Era Trans Sigorta" suspended for a period in accordance with the requirements of the law "On Insurance Activity", article 107.1.2, so the license issued on 01.06.2009 canceled by order of the Ministry of Finance.
