New Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Bank revealed

Baku. 22 July. REPORT.AZ/ Meeting of the Supervisory Board of International Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (IBAR) OJSC was held. 

Report informs according to a reliable source at the bank, at the meeting of Supervisory Board, election of the Chairman of the Executive Board and appointment of members of the Board was discussed.

According to the report, the 3 candidates nominated for the post of Chairman of the Board. One of them is the former "Kapital Bank" JSC and current "Azer-Turk Bank" JSC Governor Elmar Mammad ogly Mammadov, the second candidate is the President of the National Confederation of the Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations, Chairman of Board of "Aqrarkredit" Joint Credit Organization, Mammad Gurban ogly Musayev, and the third major candidate is the Director General of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Rashad Temraz ogly Orujov.

Elmar Mammadov was elected to the post of Chairman of the Board of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Republic. 

In a statement from the bank this morning by the deputy chairman of the bank Rashad Hajiyev and chief financial officer resigned.

According to the source, this morning Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Director of the Bank resigned.
