Market of compulsory vehicle insurance increased by 25% in February

Baku. 1 March. REPORT.AZ/ In February of this year, the information system of compulsory insurance Office (BOS) was recorded 75,590 civil auto liability contracts.

Report informs referring to the BOS, 8974 contracts were made for vehicles registered abroad and imported to Azerbaijan for transit purposes.

During this period, amount of insurance payments under contracts of standard and boundary insurance totaled 6.3 million AZN. As a result, was observed a growth in the number of civil auto liability contracts by 18.2%, and premiums - by 24.7% in comparison with the same period of 2015.
