"Kapital Bank" opened a new Center

Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ Human Kapital Center opens at "Kapital Bank". Report informs, referring to public relations service of the bank.

According to information, main mission of the center is forming of professional service team corresponding with requirements of business and strategical goals of the bank.

"Human Kapital Center" maintains establishing of corporarive training and development system, as well growth of corporative culture. Also provides research of talented persons, their apply for according jobs. Besides this, the center supports career growth of the personnel. As well maintains demands of central office and branch network for professional cadres, through development professionalism of the personnel.

Presentation reflecting activitity directions of Human Kapital Center was held at opening ceremony.

Chairman of the Board of "Kapital Bank" Rovshan Allahverdiyev stated that, professional development of the bank team is too necessary for Kapital Bank. He said: "Kapital Bank forming a team of professionals united with general interests. Enthusiasm of the team, stimulating of personnel activities is also necessary for us.
