International Bank of Azerbaijan makes a new appointment

Baku. 6 September. REPORT.AZ/ "International Bank of Azerbaijan" OJSC (IBA) has appointed a new CEO. Report informs, Abbas Vagif Nasibov now will hold this post.

Earlier, A. Nasibov was the Chairman of the Management Board of “Bank Standard" CJSC.

With a newly appointed CEO, number of Directors General of the International Bank of Azerbaijan currently reaches 3. Other CEOs are Hidayat Gurban Sultanov and Fuad Rafig Islamov.

The IBA was founded in 1992. Its authorized capital is 641 287 250 AZN. This amount was formed of 2 375 138 000 shares of 0.27 AZN each. 54.96% of the shares owned by the Ministry of Finance acting on behalf of the government, 27.26% - "Aqrarkredit” CJSC, 17.78% - non-state-owned enterprises and private shareholders.
