Insurance fees of Gunay Sigorta increased 42 times

Baku. 25 August. REPORT.AZ/ During the first half of this year, insurance fees of Gunay Sigorta JSC totaled 2 109 398 AZN.

Report was told in the company, it is more by 41,8 times than in the same period last year. The sharp rise of revenues connected with it.

Notably, Gunay Sigorta bought assets of Buta Sigorta JSC in the amount of 1 839 919 AZN which is currently in the process of liquidation.

During the reporting period, insurance payments of Gunay Sigorta decreased and amounted to 31 063 AZN, which is less by 56,1% than in the same period last year.

In January-July, 1,47 AZN insurance payments accounted for every 100 AZN of insurance proceeds. In January-June 2015, this ratio was 140,17%. It means company's premiums were higher by 40,17% than revenues.

Notably, "Gunay Sigorta" was founded in 1992. Its authorized capital is 7.7 mln. AZN. The amount formed on the basis of 7 700 shares at nominal value of 1 000 AZN each. 71.94% company shares owned by Yegana Mammad Shirinova, 16.61% - "Gunay Bank" OJSC, 11.45% - Khanim Nadir Mammadova.
